Great hotel with great Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and comfy rooms. I remember how the staff kindly helped me with an insect bite on my first stay. Highly recommend for a hassle-free experience!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I accidently left an important item in our room, they contacted me immediately to let me know, they even offered to mail it to me. Very helpful. This hotel is awesome for the value, very close to all shopping, only 3 miles from downtown. We took a cab, only $7.00!!

The property was overall clean with very courteous and incredibly nice staff. Variety of goodies for breakfast. The cheap and great-sized room with 2 queen beds. Favourable, excellent location to a very good restaurant.

The queen room was impeccably clean and quiet, offering an excellent night's sleep. Enjoying day-long access to fresh coffee was a good perk. Breakfast options were limited, lacking variety and heartier choices. The common seating area felt cramped, especially during peak times.

Location: the hotel was near to an excellent restaurant and dining options and all stores and restaurants. Furthermore, close to resturants.

Early check in was easy, loved the comfy recliner in the room!

The small yet clean room provided a decent stay, though internet connectivity was frustrating at times. While breakfast options could improve, the lovely front desk staff made me feel welcomed. Issues with noise and outdated amenities were present, but service showed commitment to guest satisfaction.

Missed not having a pool/hot tub to relax in after a full day of travel. Queen rooms are very small. Just large enough to sleep in otherwise you'd need to go to the lobby/breakfast area to stretch out more.

Hotel is right next to Shopko, Kwik Trip and Ground Round. Very convenient with young kids since you do not need to drive anywhere if you need something. For the price this hotel is a good choice if staying for a night or two.

Our stay was highlighted by Adrian's excellent hospitality and the excellent housekeeping, ensuring our room met all our needs throughout the visit.

Room was not cleaned after the first night. I reported it, and nothing was done. There was no kleenex, but rather an empty box. I would NOT return to this motel. Very disappointing, as we paid well over $100 per night. TERRIBLE

The comfy queen bed had me snoozing like a log! Staff were super friendly, and the fresh coffee hit just right. Plus, there's Mango's Mexican & American Grill just down the road-a true Winona gem for those taco cravings!

Now, that maintenance situation was a bit of a pickle. The dripping faucet echoed like a sad love song. Even after mentioning it twice, it still went unfixed by the time we rolled out-definitely needs a look.
